Curators Note:  Four new releases from this week – and the new single from Selwyn Birchwood to preview the album Pick Your Poison  due out in a couple weeks.  I was  so looking forward to the release of the TaJMo album. Perhaps the expectations were a little too high – I am going to give it another listen. The Eric Bibb tune is the serious one of the bunch (and a great album) then the list goes for a ten song romp of blues fun – the word “Boogaloo” appears in two different song names, how cool is that?  The Tim Gartland album is worth a listen (and a purchase). Enjoy the fun tune “Too Many Groceries” on this list.  For the blues purists, I did color outside the lines this week into funk, country and soul. Welcome your feedback and suggestions,

Tone Deaf Terry
